It depends on each case but it can range from a 5% to 15% increase in productivity.
No hardware may be required if a facility and its machines are connected to a PLC.
In case a facility is not connected, we might need to install 1 optic sensor per production asset and 1 gateway for every 8 assets.
If you require the hardware for the trial, we can provide the sensors and software for a 1 to 3-month trial on one of your production lines.*
This free trial can be extended to several production lines if you do not require any hardware installation.
The integration is costly (installation of hardware, wiring, etc..), the client may have to cover the integration cost, and only the license cost will be free.
